About the event 

Esker’s Customer User Group event is a can’t miss opportunity to gain insights on how to get the absolute most out of your Esker solution(s).

This is your chance to meet our Esker experts face-to-face and to network with other users of our solutions to share ideas and working practices.

The day will primarily focus on solution-led workshops to learn practical ways to improve your Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes through AI-powered capabilities – don’t miss out!


Our three solution-led workshops will be run by Senior Product Managers from Esker Head Office, and include CX specialists and Professional Services Team Leaders. This will give you the opportunity to discuss strategies for optimising your Esker solution and to find out about our solution roadmaps, as well as the chance to ask questions and get answers on tips & tricks, measuring KPIs, how best to teach new staff members and more.

You'll be assigned to your solution-specific workshop for the full day (Source-to-Pay, Customer Service or Invoice-to-Cash). If you have more than one Esker solution, please indicate on your registration form which workshop you would like to attend.

Birmingham Snow Hill station is 4 minutes' walk.

By Car:
Parking is available nearby at B4 Parking, B4 6DG (6 minutes' walk). Tickets can be validated at the hotel for a discounted rate of £12.60 per 24 hours.

Birmingham International Airport with a train link to Birmingham New Street Station.
